Services

You’ve been holding a lot—this is a place to set some of it down.

Let’s find the right support for you.

You might seem like you're functioning just fine—but inside, you're overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck. Maybe anxiety is constantly humming in the background. Maybe ADHD makes daily tasks feel chaotic. Or maybe you’re in a season of transition that’s shaking everything loose.

I offer a warm, steady space to explore what’s underneath the surface. Using a psychodynamic, attachment-informed lens, we’ll make sense of your patterns, build self-understanding, and develop practical tools for daily life.

This work may include:

  • Understanding emotional overwhelm and inner criticism

  • Exploring ADHD-related challenges like time blindness or shame

  • Linking present struggles to past experiences and attachment patterns

  • Learning nervous system regulation strategies

  • Reconnecting with clarity, agency, and self-compassion

Therapy for Adults with Anxiety, ADHD & Life Transitions

Therapy & Support for Parents

Parenting a child who is neurodivergent, emotionally intense, or behaviorally complex can be profoundly rewarding—and profoundly overwhelming. The constant advocacy, emotional intensity, second-guessing, and isolation can leave you feeling like no one truly understands how much you’re holding.

I offer two ways to support you, depending on what you need:

1. Individual Therapy for Parents

You’re more than just a parent—and this is a space for you. Whether you're holding anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or grief, individual therapy gives you the space to reflect, feel supported, and explore your own emotional world. Together, we make sense of what’s coming up for you, beyond just parenting strategies.

2. Parenting Support (8-Week Framework to start)

If you’re seeking guidance, tools, and a sense of structure, I offer parenting support designed to help you feel less reactive and more aligned in your parenting approach.

This offering typically begins with an 8-week commitment—giving us time to build insight, develop personalized strategies, and lay the foundation for change. After that, we can decide together if continued support feels helpful and aligned with your needs.

We’ll explore:

  • Your parenting values and emotional triggers

  • Co-regulation techniques and connection-based strategies

  • Your child’s nervous system patterns and how to support them

  • Practical tools you can actually use in the moments that feel hardest

Whether you’re seeking emotional healing, practical guidance, or a blend of both, I offer support that’s reflective, grounded, and nonjudgmental.

Over time, therapy may help you:

  • Feel more emotionally regulated and self-aware

  • Understand and shift long-held patterns

  • Navigate parenting with more confidence and less shame

  • Build a stronger connection to yourself and others
